BLUME PORTAL

• Kuehne + Nagel send their delivery order only in BLUME portal, they do send notification email.
• So for billing and dispatch purposes, send an email using Outlook to kndray.ce@kuehne-nagel.com and copy Billing & Dispatch Teams. Advise that we accepted the loads and provide Blume WO# with container number plus our  rate quote.
• ALWAYS follow Kuehne + Nagel FSC. They are late when giving PU#s so if a container accrued demurrage, have them clear it unless they advise us to clear it for them  ALWAYS ask for prepull approval.
• When scheduling delivery appointments for Colorado Springs (Schlage Lock or Suzhou Ferda warehouse), send email lang.
• Kuehne + Nagel can only be contacted thru email

LOUP LOGISTICS• ALWAYS check portal for new orders because they don't send notifications.
• ALWAYS check if the delivery appointment has changed. It is usually 6am-7am or 7am-8am. 
• All loads that we are running at the LOUP portal is for Tesla delivery.
• We already have an agreed rate with them.
• Add these in Agent Remarks for new Tesla loads: WO received from Loup portal | $310 all in (LH + FSC). + 100.00 hazmat fee | No need for chassis billing – as it will be handled by Loup directly. | njbrunnw@up.com

STG  STG will email us if we can handle such loads, response time is crucial to accept the load or else they will give it to other carrier.

• Once they reply with""Sent Over"", login to STG portal and accept the work orders.
• BEFORE YOU CLOSE THE ORDER WINDOW, take note of Trip# and WO#s (Loaded and Empty), Container# and delivery location. You can put it in sticky notes/notepad or wherever. STG always recycles their container numbers so taking note of these information are vital.
•  Make sure to download the Bill of Lading (serves as their DO and upload sa order.
• Once created, monitor STG portal for any order changes.
• During the actual delivery, Dispatch is responsible for updating the portal but still check if they missed the appointment as it does happen sometimes.
